¶1Heard Shri Anupras Singh, learned counsel for petitioner. No one appears on behalf of the respondents even in the revised list.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner drawn my attention to the judgment dated 15.10.2019 in between the petitioner Bank and the employee, which is similarly placed as the respondents herein.

¶3Similar issue as raised in the present writ petition was decided by this Court in its judgment dated 15.10.2019. As the issue raised in the present petition is also similar to the one decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7163 (MS) of 2012, the writ petition is disposed of holding that the benefits as accorded in the judgment dated 15.10.2019 shall apply to the present case also, the limitation imposed by this Court shall also apply in the present case.
