Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State/respondents and perused the record. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following main prayers :- "(a) A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari be issued quashing the FIR dated 15/5/2023, registered at Police Station Aminabad, District Lucknow giving rise to crime no.0034/2023, U/s 377, 376, 328, 452, 323, 504 and 506 IPC against the petitioners lodged by the O.P. No. 3.

(b) It is further prayed that the opposite party no.2 be directed for not arresting the petitioners in connection with the FIR dated 15/5/2023, registered at Police Station Aminabad, District Lucknow giving rise to Crime No.0034/2023, U/s 377, 376, 328, 452, 323, 504 and 506 IPC lodged by the O.P. No. 3, during the pendency of this writ petition." Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced before this Court copy of the order dated 10.10.2023 allowing Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.4393 of 2023 (Aftan Ali Khan Vs. State of U.P. & others) and quashed the F.I.R. No.0034/2023, lodged under Sections 377, 376, 328, 452, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Aminabad, District - Lucknow against the main accused. The petitioners are mother and sister of the main co-accused in the same F.I.R. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court dated 10.10.2023 in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.4393 of 2023. The F.I.R. dated 15/5/2023, registered at Police Station Aminabad, District Lucknow registered under F.I.R./Case Crime No.0034/2023, U/s 377, 376, 328, 452, 323, 504 and 506 IPC is hereby quashed.
