¶1Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that some private persons are interfering/taking possession of their patta land bearing number 1211 and 1212 measuring 0.013 hect. situated at Village Dhema, Pargana Aldemau, Tehsil-Kadipur, District-Sultanpur.

¶2Since the dispute is between petitioners and private respondent, petitioners have an alternative remedy to file a suit before appropriate Court in accordance with law.
