¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed challenging the preliminary decree dated 19.10.1976 as well the order dated

18.12.2006 passed in Misc. Case No. 225 of 1998 as well as final decree passed in the year 2007.

¶3The matter is pending since 2014. It is well settled that against the preliminary decree and final decree, no relief can be granted in exercise of power, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail such remedy as available under law.
