Notices to respondent no. 2 are dispensed with in view of the proposed order. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an order directing the opposite party no. 1 to decide the Application for Interim Relief filed by the petitioner in Criminal Case No. 1340 of 2022 u/s 125 Cr.P.C. Khan Kaneez Fatima Zaheer Versus Gufran Khan as contained in ANNEXUXRE NO,1 to this petition expeditiously within the time specified by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for the interim maintenance filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending adjudication since 24.02.2023 before the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 4, Sultanpur. He prays that the interim maintenance application may be directed to be decided expeditiously. Learned AGA has no objection to this innocuous prayer. On due consideration to the innocuous prayer of the petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of directing Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 4, Sultanpur to adjudicate and decide the application for interim maintenance preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
