¶1Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents has produced before this Court instructions dated 16.11.2023 sent by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station - Banthara, District - Lucknow wherein it has been stated that under Sections 394 of the I.P.C. has been deleted during the course of investigation and charge sheet has been prepared under Section 147, 323, 427, 506 of the I.P.C. on 19.10.2023 against the named accused persons i.e. Ajay, Ankit, Jatin Sharma. The named accused Arun alongwith one other accused Aniket Rawat were found to be minor and report dated 19.10.2023 has been submitted to the Circle Officer (Assistant Police Commissioner, Krishna Nagar).

¶2The written instructions are kept on record.

¶3This Court finds no good ground to show interference in the impugned F.I.R.
