¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to permit claim of petitioner for pension under Old Pension Scheme in light of judgment & order dated 25.01.2018 passed by U.P. Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow in Claim Petition No.2522 of 2010. A further prayer for payment of pension along with arrears and interest has also been sought.

¶3After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition in order to file a fresh petition before the appropriate forum.
