Singh, learned counsel who has filed vakalatnama today on behalf of respondent no. 5. With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties, the writ petition is being finally decided. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that despite the petitioners being working as Assistant Teacher, Tartania since the year 2015 with due approval of competent authority, by means of order impugned dated 01.11.2023, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the petition, they have been restrained from working by respondent no. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length contends that the respondent no. 3 may be directed to look into the matter as in case the petitioners do not work then the next problem that they would face would be payment of salary and thus it is prayed that the respondent no. 3 be directed to look into the matter expeditiously. To the aforesaid proposition, learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. Accordingly, keeping in view the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents no. 3 i.e. the Registrar, U.P. Madarsa Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow to look into the grievance of the petitioners pertaining to they having been restrained from working by the respondent no. 3 vide the order dated 01.11.2023. The respondent no. 3 shall proceed to look into the grievance and pass a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law and relevant rules within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
