Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking following benefits:- "I Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite parties to revise the pension of the petitioner on the basis of the recommendation of the Vilth Pay commission as well as to revise the amount of gratuity, leave encashment and the General Provident Fund, after revising the pension on the basis of the VIIth Pay Commission. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite parties to give the benefit of IInd ACP on the basis of the Government order dated 04-05-2010 and on the basis of the Government order dated 05-11-2014. III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite parties to give the arrears of pension after revision as well as difference of arrears of gratuity, difference of arrears of leave encashment and difference of arrears of General Provident Fund

(GPF) with 12% interest. IV. Any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case." Since addressing petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects and considering prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner for consideration of petitioner's grievances, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2 i.e. Director, Agricultural Directorate, U.P., Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by a reasoned and speaking order within with period of eight weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
