¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party No.2 & 3 restraining them from making any chakroad over the agricultural land of petitioner i.e. 392 area 0.681 Hectare, situated at village Chandapur, Pargana-Mijhaura, Tehsil-Bhiti, District-Ambedkar Nagar.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to create any hindrance in peaceful possession of the petitioner over his agricultural land. ......."

¶3It is informed that an interim order was initially granted by this Court, however, considering the fact that the petitioner is claiming ownership over the agricultural land, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the proper Court for obtaining the injunction if any threat is existent with regard to encroachment by any of the authority.
