¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

02.11.2012, whereby the revisional Court remanded the matter for fresh adjudication on an issue with regard to substitution and amendment. When the matter was entertained, no interim order was passed by this Court.

¶3I do not deem it appropriate to exercise my extraordinary jurisdiction at this stage, more so, when the directions in the remand order protect the interest of the petitioner also.
