Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to consider representation given by opposite party No.3 to the authorities for grant of family pension to petitioners. It has been submitted that petitioners are minor sons of opposite party No.3 who was in receipt of family pension owing to death of his wife Smt. Archana Devi whereafter he has contracted a second marriage and is not taking care of the petitioners who are his minor children with the deceased first wife. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition in order to enable petitioners to approach the appropriate forum in relevant proceedings.
