¶2In light of the proposed order, notice to respondent No. 6 is dispensed with.

¶3It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that respondent No. 6 is the fair price shop licensee for village Jagjivanpur Amariya, Post Nakfulha, District Raibareli. The fair price shop is running by him in the most arbitrary and oppressive manner against the villagers. His conduct with the villagers is highly dis-satisfactory. ¶4After arguing the matter at some length, he prays that all these facts may be duly considered by respondent No. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, Raebarely who may be directed to decide the matter of the petitioner.

¶5Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case such a direction is issued to the respondent No. 2.

¶6Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the respondent No. 2/District Magistrate, Amethi and in case such an application is made within ten days from today, respondent No. 2 is directed to proceed to consider and decide the same expeditiously, say, within a period of six weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
