The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1741/2010 instituted on the basis of Crime No444/2007 u/s 147, 148, 352, 436, 504, 506, 392 IPC, P.S. Mill Area, District Raebareli (Padmawati versus Anupam and others) pending in the court of F.T.C. (J.D.)-I, Raebareli along with summoning order dated 04.08.2008 and order dated 13.10.2023 contained in Annexure No. 1 & 2 to the petition." After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the present application and it may be disposed of with liberty to prefer a bail application before the concerned court.
