¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Isha Mittal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned Counsel for respondent no.6.

¶2This petition filed in public interest seeks writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 09.08.2023 wherein some allegations of misappropriation of public money have been levelled.

¶3As per the instructions placed before us, it is informed that the enquiry with respect to the allegations made is in progress and shall be brought to its logical conclusion at the earliest. The instructions are taken on record.

¶4It is expected that necessary action in the light of pending enquiry may be brought to its logical conclusion at the earliest in accordance with law.
