¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned trial court to conclude the trial of Case No. 149 of 2020, Crime No. 89 of 2019 (State vs. Shreya Rastogi) U/s 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, Lucknow pending before it, expeditiously.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

¶5In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned trial court to conclude the trial of Case No. 149 of 2020, Crime No. 89 of 2019 (State vs. Shreya Rastogi) U/s 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, Lucknow pending before it, expeditiously in accordance with law.
