¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents no.1 and 2, and Sri Aniruddha Kumar Singh holding brief of Sri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.3 and 4.

¶2No notice be issued to respondent no.5 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed.

¶3There is consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ-A No. 1648 of 2023 in re: Arun Kumar Srivastava and another vs. State of U.P. and others, decided on 22.02.2023, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure-11 to the writ petition.

¶4Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment passed in the case of Arun Kumar Srivastava.
