¶1Heard Sri Shivam Srivastava holding brief of Sri Ratnesh Singh for the applicant/petitioner, who presses this application for withdrawal of the writ petition.

¶2It has been submitted that the writ petition filed by the petitioner has become infructuous as the dispute has been settled before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Utraula, District Balrampur.

¶3In light of the aforesaid facts as stated on affidavit and also considering the fact that the dispute has been settled, the application is allowed.
