¶1Case called out. Nobody appears to press the application.

¶2Smt. Arti Gupta Singh, the learned Additional Government Advocate is present.

¶3The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail by means of an order dated 23.02.2021 which was to remain effective till the next date of listing.

¶4The interim order has not been extended after 20.04.2023, although the case was listed on 11.05.2023 and 19.05.2023 also.

¶5The application is pending since 20.02.2021 whereas as per mandate of Section 438 Cr.P.C. it is required to be disposed of within a period of 30 days.
