¶1This is the 2nd bail application moved on behalf of the applicant, as his first bail application has been rejected earlier.

¶2No one is present for the applicant when this case is taken up for hearing and no request has either been received, however, learned AGA is available.

¶3Perusal of the record would reveal that earlier this case was listed on 2.1.2023 and 13.7.2023 and on both the occasions it was clearly stipulated that last opportunity is being provided to learned counsel for the applicant to participate in the proceedings. However, the opportunity is given appears to have not been availed.
