¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents.

¶2Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents has produced before this Court written instructions sent by Sri Dharmendra Kumar Saroj, Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station-Kudabhar, District-Sultanpur wherein it has enclosed the medical examination report and discharge summary etc. relating to the victim. It appears that a gunshot injury had occurred on the leg of the victim, as a result whereof he had to under go surgery, there is a fracture of its left tibia shaft.

¶3The written instructions are kept on record.

¶4This Court does not find any good ground to show interference in the impugned F.I.R.
