¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Under challenged is order dated 30.06.2023 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Balrampur Hospital, Lucknow to Sitapur.

¶3After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation before concerned authority.

¶4Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director General Medical & Health Services, Swasthya Bhawan, U.P. Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
