¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 and 2 and Mr. Utsav Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.3 and 4 whose power is taken on record.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite party to amend EWS certificate issued earlier to reflect the correct Financial Year of 2020. Further prayer seeking a direction to opposite parties no.3 and 4 to extend the deadline for submission of EWS certificate has also been sought.

¶3After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition in order to enable him to file afresh application for grant of EWS certificate for relevant financial year.
