¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 12.07.2023 under Section 52 (1) of National Food Security Act, 2011.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing the appeal under Section 70 read with Rule 3.3.1 of the aforesaid Act.

¶4Petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal under the aforesaid act. In case the petitioner files the aforesaid appeal within a period two weeks from today and also files stay application in the same, the stay application shall be considered and decided within a period of two weeks thereafter.
