¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that respondent no.5 has wrongly filed an application for also entering her name in the Parivar Register as wife of petitioner. The said application is pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil-Purwa, District Unnao.

¶3Counsel for the petitioner states that he should not enter the said name.

¶4It is open for the petitioner to file his objection against the application filed by respondent no.5-Santosh Kumari.

¶5In case the petitioner file his objection before respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Purwa, District Unnao, the respondent no.4 shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioner.
