Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that opposite party No.5 i.e. Gram Sabha is making road (inter-locking) upon the petitioner's Gata No.1228 area 0.7480 hectare situated at Village Sangam Dubey, Hamlet Aenjar, Block and Tehsil Baldirai, District-Sultanpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has moved an application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before opposite party No.3-S.D.M., Baldirai which is still pending. He prays that a direction may be issued to opposite party No.3 to decide the same. In the given facts and circumstances, the S.D.M., Baldirai-respondent no. 3 is directed to get the land of the petitioner demarcated and pillars fixed within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
