Learned cousnel for the petitioner states that subsequent to filing of the writ petition he has been informed about a decision dated 14.11.2023 which has been taken by the respondent no. 2 on the application of the petitioner for grant of NOC. He prays that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order before appropriate court in appropriate proceedings.
