¶1The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1 Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction thereby directing the respondents no. 1 to 5 to demolishing/removing the encroachment on the Gram Sabha land situated at Khata no. 01141(Banzar land) and Khata no. 1143(pond land) situated at village Dona, Pargana Kakori, Tehsil Sarojni Nagar, District Lucknow, of the encroachment raised by respondents no. 6-10 (private respondent herein) in the interest of justice. 2 Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction thereby directing the respondents no. 3 to immediately order for new demarcation of the Gram Sabha land situated at Khata no. 01141(Banzar land) and Khata no. 1143(pond land) situated at village Dona, Pargana Kakori, Tehsil Sarojni Nagar, District Lucknow after eliminating the encroachments from the land in the interest of justice."

¶2Learned Standing Counsel has produced the instructions, which are taken on record, to demonstrate that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated.

¶3In view of the said statement, nothing survive in the present petition.

¶4The present writ petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the proceedings so initiated under Section 67 with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
