¶1The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus be issued commanding and directing to the opposite party no.2 to provide food grains and e-pos machine for functioning the fair price shop of the petitioner situated at Nagar Panchayat Safipur, District Unnao in pursuance to order dated 12.10.2023 passed by opposite party no.2."

¶2Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the steps have already been taken to provide food grains and e-pos machine and the functioning of the fair price shop of the petitioner was restored.

¶3In view of the said statement, nothing survive in the present petition.

¶4The other contention of the petitioner that certain amount and food grains are to be further given, he may file an appropriate application before the respondent no.2, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
