Today, learned Standing Counsel has provided a copy of order dated 8.11.2023 passed by Respondent No.3 - Manager, Manyavar Sri Kashiram Ji Sanskritik Sthal, Pasi Qila Chauraha, Ashiyana, Lucknow, whereby the petitioner is also permitted to hold a Mahotshav on Sri Kashiram Ji Sanskritik Sthal, Pasi Qila Chauraha, Ashiyana, Lucknow from 17.01.2024 to 11.02.2024. The said statement is taken on record. Since now the permission is granted to the petitioner to hold Mahotshav in the month of January, 2024 and further since permission granted to the private respondent no.4 which gives effect from 25.11.2023 and he has also started work for the Mahotshav, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.
