Judgment

Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 10301 of 2023 Petitioner :- Raj Kumar Mishra Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko. And 14 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Abdul Alim Khan Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Vivek Chaudhary,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he is having ad interim injunction in his favour by order dated 3.11.2022 passed by the Civil Judge (J.D.), Kaisarganj, Bahraich in the suit filed before him. He further states that despite the same, the private respondents are interfering in his possession and he has filed a contempt application also before the court in which notices are already issued. Needless to say that petitioner has a remedy to file appropriate application for directing to the administrative/police authorities for compliance of the order of the civil court in case it is not being complied with. In case petitioner files such an application, the Civil Judge concerned shall proceed and decide the same as expeditiously as possible. It goes without saying that the Police and Administrative authorities are bound to give effect to the orders of the court. With the aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of. . (Manish Kumar, J.)
