¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. who appears on behalf of the State Respondents.

¶2This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No.2 and 3 to investigate the matter in fair and effective manner and take appropriate and effective action against the accused persons in case crime no. 0044/2023 under section 419,420,467,468,471,506 IPC registered on

24.03.2023 at Police Station Shahdullanagar District Balrampur, contained as Annexure No 1 to this writ petition."

¶3For the orders proposed to be passed, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

¶4It is the case of the petitioner that an F.I.R. was lodged by him on 24.03.2023 against the private respondents. The Investigating OfÏcer is not taking interest in proper investigation of the case. Hence this petition has been filed.

¶5Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents on the basis of instructions has informed this Court that the petitioner has already approached the Court concerned under Section 156(3) which has called for a report from the Police.

¶6The written instructions are kept on record.

¶7This Court finds no good ground to grant the prayer as made in this writ petition.
