Notices to respondent no. 2 are dispensed with in view of the proposed order. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- Issue a order or direction in the nature commanding to Learned Principal Judge Family Court, Faizabad, District-Faizabad/Ayodhya to decide the suit no 266/2023 "Shiv Kumari @ Rani Verses Ramjeet" pending before Learned Principal Judge Family Court, Faizabad, District-Faizabad/Ayodhya since 08/06/2023 expeditiously with immediate effect within one month. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner has been decided in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 02.03.2023 by the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faizabad, District Faizabad/Ayodhya. After that he has filed an application under Section 125 (3) Cr.P.C. on 08.06.2023, however, till date such application has not been decided. He lastly prays that the said application filed under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. may be expedited at an early date. Learned AGA has no objection to this innocuous prayer. In view of the above as well as considering the innocuous prayer of the petitioner, the petition is disposed of directing Principal Judge, Family Court, Faizabad, District Faizabad/Ayodhya to expedite and conclude the proceedings under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
