The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for the following main relief:- "For the facts reason and circumstances stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is most respectfully submitted that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to direct the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Balrampur, District Balrampur to decide the compliant case No.829/2023/22 Sitarunisha Vs Radha Devi and others in time bound manner fixed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law the interest of justice." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that the statement of PW-2 before the trial court was recorded on 11.10.2023, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to do needful so that the complaint be decided expeditiously.
