¶1Heard Sri Vijay Bhan Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the State.

¶2Sri Bajpai has shown the instructions, so provided by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Lalganj, District Raebareli along with the photocopy of the counter-foil for RTGS or NEFT Remittance whereby a sum of Rs. 76,250/- has been credited in the account of the petitioner in terms of order of the writ court.

¶3In the wake of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
