Learned AGA, at the very outset, submitted that present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable. In response, learned counsel appearing for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to avail appropriate remedy available to the her under law including filing of petition under Article 27 of the Constitution of India. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents annexed with this application to the learned counsel for the applicant, as per Rules in this regard.
