This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the opp. party no.2 to transfer the Investigation of Case Crime No.0025 of 2022, under Sections 302, 201 IPC Police Station Aliganj, District Ambedkar Nagar from police station Aliganj, District Ambedkar Nagar to another police station of District Ambedkar Nagar or any other independent agency for making free and fair investigation in the matter so that the petitioner could get justice." The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court concerned by filing protest petition.
