Learned A.G.A. has produced the instructions sent by the Sub-Inspector, Police Station Bhiti, District Ambedkar Nagar, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that charge sheet no.A-237/2023, dated 07.11.2023 has been submitted before the supervisory authority indicating that offence under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 IPC against the accused Mohit Tiwari and Jaishanker Tiwari and offence under Sections 504 and 506 IPC against the accused Anoop Srivastava and Raghunandan Tiwari have been made out.
