¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner have approached this Court claiming that their Regular Suit no.135 of 2003 was allowed against the State and final decree was passed in their favour on 23.4.2005. Against the said judgment, no appeal was filed by the State nor any recall application was filed.

¶3In Para 15 of the counter affidavit, the State has taken a stand that it will respect the judgment and decree dated 23.4.2005 passed in the aforesaid suit and shall not make any interference in the possession of petitioners in enjoyment of the said property except in accordance with law. The said statement is taken on record.
