¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Abhinav Singh, learned counsel for the Power Corporation.

¶2Sri Abhinav Singh, learned counsel for the Power Corporation, states that the dispute raised in the present writ petition is finally decided by this Court by means of judgment and order dated 16.1.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.23968 of 2013 and other connected matters, reported in 2014 SCC OnLine All 716.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner states that the said judgment is challenged before the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.13030 of 2014 "Jai Prakash Associates Ltd. vs. State of U.P. and others" and other connected matters. Learned counsel fairly admits that initially an interim order was granted, but the same stands vacated thereafter.
