¶1Heard Sri Shivam Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2There are two bail applications moved on behalf of the same applicant in this case arising out of same Case Crime No. 438 of 2020 under sections 363, 366 of I.P.C. and section 7/8 P.O.C.S.O. Act. P.S.- P.G.I., District-Lucknow.

¶3It is submitted that the bail application has become infructuous as the trial court has already pronounced its judgment.

¶4In view of the above, both the bail applications are dismissed as having become infructuous.
