¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and perused the record.

¶2Present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "To direct to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad to decide the criminal case No. 4328/2019 arising out in case crime no.493/2018 under sections-498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and U/s 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, which is registered at the Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, Faizabad which is pending before him within stipulated time in the interest of justice."

¶3After arguing the matter at some length learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to present the present application.
