¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2No one has appeared for the respondents despite the matter being called in the revised list.

¶3The issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court in the case of M/s Kesharwani Udyog, Balrampur v. State of U.P. & Ors.; 2019 (37) LCD 2268.

¶4Following the said logic and reasoning, the present writ petition is allowed on the same terms and conditions.

¶5Impugned orders dated 28.12.2013 and 29.06.2011 are set aside.
