¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Prabhakar Tiwari learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶2Sri Prabhakar Tiwari learned counsel for the opposite party has stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit and the mutation proceedings have been decided on 27.10.2023. He has filed affidavit of compliance enclosing therewith the order dated 27.10.2023 passed by Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil-Milkipur, Ayodhya, the same is taken on record.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
