¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

¶2By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 21.10.2023 as well as 18.08.2023 whereby fair price shop license of the petitioner has been cancelled and also the order of the suspension.

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel as the petitioner has equally efficacious remedy of filing an appeal under Clause 13 of the relevant control order.

¶4Learned counsel for petitioner at this stage submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal.
