This petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report lodged by the opposite party no.4 in Case Crime NO. 0753/2023 Under Sections 363 & 366 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali, District-Unnao, as contained in Annexure no.1 to this writ petition. Learned A.G.A. for the State has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Unnao, which is taken on record. He has submitted on the basis of instructions that the final report has been prepared on 20.10.2023 and sent to the Supervisory Authority. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Supervisory Authority to take an appropriate decision on the matter within four weeks.
