It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the sections invoked against the petitioner carry punishment up to 07 years and, therefore, petitioner is entitled to the benefit of judgment rendered in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar, (2014) 8 SCC 273. We have gone through the F.I.R. It appears that the petitioner had tried to molest the informant and he did not desist from the same till such time that police help line number 112 was called. This Court finds no good ground to show interference in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed.
