¶1Counter affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2In compliance of the order passed by this Court, Sri O.P. Sonkar, Sub-Inspector is present before the court.

¶3In compliance of the order dated 17.11.2023, the detenue Arti Devi is present before the court. She says that she has already married with one Sarvesh and is residing peacefully and happily with him. She has not been illegally detained.

¶4In view of the above submissions, the writ of habeas corpus fails and is accordingly dismissed.
