This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 26.10.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0953 of 2023, Under Section 323, 504, 506, 308 of I.P.C., Police Station - Deva, District - Barabanki, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court copy of the case diary sent by the Investigating Officer, Police Station - Deva, District Barabanki wherein it has been mentioned that on medical examination, injuries suffered by the victim included a head injury and the medical officer has advised CT Scan and the patient has been kept under observation. This Court has perused the F.I.R. and finds no good ground to show interference. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed.
