¶1After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the present application and seeks permission of this Court to permit withdrawal of the same with the liberty to move a discharge application before court below at the appropriate stage.

¶2Prayer made is allowed.

¶3Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the applicant to move discharge application before the court below. In case, any such application is moved, it is expected from the court below to decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.
